General information

  • Our Tour Guides will be mindful of the specific interests of individuals or touring groups from Echoes Events and accommodate these interests within reason
  • Echoes Events reserves the right to change individual itineraries
  • If Echoes Events or it's Agent cancels a tour all payments made by our clients to date will be fully refundable
  • For groups of 8 people or less, Driver and Tour Guide = 1 person
  • For groups of 9 people or more, Driver and Tour Guide = 2 people
  • Individuals or groups wishing to cancel a tour must notify Echoes Events or its agent no later than 48 hours before the departure of the tour. If Echoes Events or their agent are not notified within 48 hours a fee of 50% of the tour cost will apply.
