Wesley College Elsternwick Victoria 26th September - The City of Melbourne’s Human Resources Branch explored the concept of ‘High Performing Teams and their Characteristics’ through a highly inter-active 1 day Cooking Workshop. Aside from the delicious 3 course lunch the team prepared, the cooking skills shared, having FUN and learning new recipes the group developed a greater understanding of their Team dynamics and the importance of communication and collaboration to successfully achieve business outcomes.
