Yes. For the convenience of our clients, a number of half days have been allocated to free time for you to relax, do private site seeing, shop, walk, swim, sit at a bar and enjoy the scenery...its your time!
Echoes Events is a family friendly Company and as such children are welcome on our tours, however there must be a total commitment from parents and guardians to fully supervise their children during the time of the tour. In addition to our regular tours Echoes Events runs Peter Pan tours a family specific tour program which offers activities for both parents and children.
No. There is no visa requirement associated with our tours. All you require is a valid passport. For your own safety and for sound general travel practice, we suggest that you register your name with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade so that your whereabouts can be traced in case of an emergency.

Echoes Events are happy to modify recipes/menus within the cooking programs to suit participants needs. Please provide any relevant dietary information when booking the program.
Yes. Echoes Events will provide one-on-one tuition for their cooking classes. Contact us and we’ll work through a program to suit your needs.
Participants will be provided with complimentary red and white wine with the class meal. Wine will be restricted to a maximum of 2 glasses per person.
All food and materials will be provided for the class. However, we do recommend comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes (for safety reasons) to be worn.
All people attending ‘Taste of Sicily’ cooking classes will be given a bound booklet with the recipes and notes for selecting wine to suit the cooking style and menu.
